Every Thursday & Sunday | 7:00 PM Join us each Thursday and Sunday evening for a community practice of breath, meditation, sound, and mindful connection. Most sessions are guided by Inga & Brenten, though from time to time we invite substitute facilitators when we're traveling or simply to bring fresh perspectives and experiences to the community. Unless announced otherwise in our community group, there is always a gathering on Thursday and Sunday evenings. If you'd like to stay informed about schedule updates, weather changes, special events, and community announcements, you're welcome to join our Facebook Messenger group. What to Expect Each gathering is unique, but our evenings often include: Guided breathwork Meditation Gentle mindfulness practices Crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments Vocal toning and sounding of the vowel tones Deep relaxation Quiet reflection and integration Our intention is to create a welcoming space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and simply be. There is nothing to achieve and nothing to perform—just an opportunity to breathe, listen, rest, and experience the present moment. Many participants find that a regular practice may support: Reduced stress and physical tension Greater mental clarity and focus Improved emotional regulation Increased body awareness A deeper sense of relaxation Better quality sleep A feeling of connection with yourself and others A consistent rhythm for personal growth and self-care No previous experience is necessary. Whether this is your first meditation or you've practiced for years, you're welcome here. Location Angleton Temple609 East Live Oak StreetAngleton, Texas The temple is located behind the main house in the celery green building. Parking is available in the parking lot beside the property, in the alley, or along the street. Energy Exchange Our gatherings operate on an energy exchange model rather than a required admission fee. If you're able to contribute financially, your support helps sustain the temple, maintain our instruments and space, and allows us to continue offering classes and community events. If you're unable to contribute at this time, you're still welcome to attend. Come, receive, and practice with us. We believe everyone should have access to a supportive place to breathe, heal, and connect. Looking for More? In addition to our weekly gatherings, we regularly offer workshops and special events, including breathwork intensives, yoga, sound baths, seasonal ceremonies, guest facilitators, creative gatherings, and other community experiences. Be sure to check our Events page and monthly calendar to see what's coming up next.
