To secure your beef share: Pay our $400 deposit to reserve your animal; this will be deducted from the final balance. Current price is approximately $3400/half ($6/hanging lb for beef plus $520 for processing based on 480 hanging lb half). We will personally reach out to you via email to provide you with your customized Cut Sheet. Your Cut Sheet serves as your instruction guide for our processor, specifying how you'd like your animal to be butchered and detailing the cuts you'll receive in return. If this is your first experience with a beef share or if you would like assistance in tailoring the cuts to best suit your family's needs, feel free to give us a call, and we will work together to fill out your Cut Sheet. We are here to help. You will receive an email from us when your beef is ready. We will then arrange a time for you to come pick up your beef direct from our farm. Your remaining balance will be due at pickup.
