If you have any concerns, please speak to your doctor or midwife. +SHIPPING AND RETURNS Orders are processed within 2 working days from our Kidderminster warehouse. We offer free 2nd class delivery on all UK Orders. We offer a 30-day return period. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and still hygienically sealed (e.g. the Aniball’s product box must still be sealed). Products are unsuitable for return due to health protection and hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. Please note that a return fee of £3.65 will be deducted from your refund. For Hygiene reasons, Aniball must still be sealed in its unopened product cardboard box. Unfortunately, if you have already opened the Aniball product box, it can not be returned. We recommend sending us a picture of the intact cardboard seal for faster processing. This also works as your proof that the product has not been opened during transportation.
