Animal decorations are made from 6 or 7 layers of wood. There were no stains or dyes used, the color variations are from the type of wood used (maple, cherry, mahogany, walnut, ced ar, hickory, oak). Several coats of clear finish has been applied to protect the wood. The width sizes are design dependent, with a height of 12 inches.
