The LED Flashing Band in Blue lights up with blue bulbs, there are three modes - fast flashing, slow flashing and constant. Each loop can be cut to size to fit any dog, just open t he connector, pull off the lug and cut to size, replace the lug and connect back together. A USB cable is included in the packaging. Simply plug in and charge, the red light will go out when fully charged in approximately a couple of hours if totally flat. The charge will last for 2 / 3 hours depending which mode you have it in and you can charge the band approximately 2,000 times. The lights are visible for approximately 500 metres.
