Anisaldehyde smells sweet and fruity, a little like raspberry and cherry, but with a slight spicy facet too. Powerful and fairly long lasting for a fruity-floral note which is more eloquent than some of the fruity esters. Useful in cherry, hawthorn and heliotrope accords. Keep in mind this one is fairly restricted by the IFRA. Show more
