Anisaldehyde is an indispensable aroma chemical for contributing Hawthorne, mimosa, lilac and powdery notes to a scent. This EU natural version is beautifully soft and rounded and while the synthetic is a nice material, you can achieve a more refined and elegant result even in a non-natural scent using this version.
