This item is shipped directly from the Ankarsrum warehouse. RETURNS Please email [email protected] with the serial number and reason for return within 30 days of receipt. Unsifted will provide a required return administration (RA) number. Please note that products damaged by abuse are not eligible for refund. Once you receive your RA number via email, repack the item with all original packaging, and include your RA number with the shipment. Items that are returned without the original picture box and packing materials, or are missing parts, or are damaged due to improper packaging are subject to a fee of up to 15% of the product cost plus the cost of replacing any parts missing from the packaging will be deducted from the credit of the product. We recommend that you return-ship by a traceable and insured method. The address for returns will be provided along with the RA number via email.
