The tiniest magnetic roller Annie makes — 5/8" Magnetic Rollers are engineered for the absolute tightest curl definition without heat on the shortest natural hair lengths, tight TWAs, and styles that demand maximum curl density from root to tip. The 12-count pack covers a full head in precise, uniform sections for consistent, frizz-free results on wet or dry hair. Hold & Curl Performance: Smooth magnetic barrel creates ultra-tight, uniform curl formation from root to tip; secure hold maintained with piks, pins, or clips throughout wet or dry sets on very short hair lengths. Material & Construction: Smooth plastic barrel with rows of small round vent holes along the length for airflow during drying; lightweight construction for comfortable extended wear during long drying sessions. Dimensions & Specs: 5/8" (Tiniest) diameter; 12 rollers per pack; blue color-coded for easy size identification — the smallest size in the entire Annie magnetic roller range. Hair Type & Use Case: Ideal for Type 4B–4C hair textures on very short to TWA lengths; best for wet sets under a hooded dryer or heatless overnight styles on fine to medium-density hair seeking the absolute tightest curl density and definition. Application Tip: Do not use with direct heat — apply a light setting lotion to damp hair, roll each tiny section from ends to root onto the barrel, secure with a pin or pik, and dry fully under a hooded dryer before removing for ultra-tight, densely defined, frizz-free curls. Pro Stylist Tip: For the absolute tightest, most densely defined curl set, apply a lightweight setting lotion or curl activator to freshly washed, towel-dried hair before rolling. Section hair into precise 5/8" partings, roll smoothly from ends to root, and secure each roller with a pin or pik. Dry fully under a hooded dryer and allow to cool completely before unrolling — the 5/8" size delivers the tightest curl in the Annie magnetic roller line and pairs beautifully with the 3/4" or 7/8" sizes on crown sections for subtle graduated volume.
