Urban Family's Brazil Capivara, from Rio Brilhante in Minas Gerais, lays down a comforting foundation of milk chocolate and toasted almond. Burundi Ninga, from Long Miles' washing station in Kayanza, a lot we return to year after year, lifts the cup with a bright burst of blackcurrant.
