Anomia is an inventive card game which takes this kind of common knowledge and vocabulary, and adds a few special twists on top. Players take turns laying out cards which feature both a category and a symbol. Does your symbol match the symbol on another player's card? If so, quickly square off and name what's on the other player's card before they can shout out what's on yours. Keep an eye out for wild cards- they'll make things even more exciting.
