This mead is made with plenty of blueberries from Lakes Farm, renowned for its organic agriculture which include rice, vegetables & fruits. As a tribute to the owner of Lakes Farm, Kumiko Tsuji, organically farmed blueberries underwent natural fermentation with no added yeast. With secondary fermentation in an oak barrel, the natural sweetness of blueberries is counter-balanced with tannins from the barrel. Show more
