This 8-week program is designed to gradually build strength and capacity through the muscles at the front of the shin and surrounding lower leg. It begins with gentle seated activa tion and isometric exercises before progressing to resisted dorsiflexion, standing shin strengthening, calf loading, mobility and functional lower-leg exercises, with optional impact work introduced in the final week.
