$450 for the set (retails over $1800+ for set, see final picture). The chair and sofa cosmetically are in excellent condition and have just been thoroughly cleaned before listing. The only issue is, the sofa spring in middle (inbetween the 2 cushions) is slightly dipped so it sinks as you sit in it.
