A Tempranillo-based wine from high-altitude vineyards, emphasizing freshness and elegance. Tasting Notes: Aroma: Dark fruit with subtle spice Palate: Medium-bodied with balanced ac idity and fine tannins Finish: Long and refined Production Highlights: Fruit was manually harvested from a mosaic of 550 plots of many ungrafted vines (30-100 years old). Grapes macerate for 6 days before being pressed into French oak for spontaneous fermentation and maturation. The wine spent 9 months in 600-liter French oak (5% new).
