A wonderful 17th century oak coffer in great condition. Typical of the period, made from thick, hand sawn oak boards, making this a heavy solid item. Having the panelled side and f ront panels and flat boarded lid, all with good colour. The hinges have been replaced at some point, but work well and the interior is clean.
