Antique early twentieth century model of the American clipper ship Flying Cloud by Thomas Rosenquist of Far Rockaway, New York. He has works in many museums. Famous builder from th e past. With carved figurehead, anchors, capstans, etc.. Rigged with a full suit of sails, wrap around railing on stern. Varnished deck. Sails have a few splits, as to be expected as model is ninety years old. Model cradle has a bracket for wall mounting. Circa 1925.
