Here we have a fabulous ruby and diamond cluster ring. At the centre of the face we find a round faceted bright pinky red synthetic ruby. This principal stone is then circulated by thirteen shimmering rose cut diamonds before the piece is made complete by a smooth polished 18ct yellow gold band. This originally started life as a Victorian stick pin but has been expertly converted into a more practical everyday ring by master antique jewellery restorer and re-designer, Gaetano Chiavetta.
