If brushing does not remove dirt, apply a diluted neutral detergent to a clean cloth and dab (without rubbing) to remove. When drying, adjust the shape of the bag and dry it in the shade – not in direct sunlight. The area that has been cleaned may become moist and soft, but will return to its original crispness once it dries. Returns must be made within 2 weeks in original, unused condition with all packaging for either 1. Store credit for the full amount or 2. Refund - minus a 20% restocking fee.
