This removable pad fits directly behind the Ago (throat guard) of the Men, to give extra protection against Tsuki thrusts. Removable and size adjustable - this protector can be use d on any kind of Kendo Men, and does not require any modifications. Easy to attach and remove. The included string in first attached to the hoops of the guard, and formed into a loop approximately similar in size to the Uchiwa (face padding) of the Men. The string is then tucked firmly between the Uchiwa, and the Menbuton, keeping the protector in place.
