The honey is made from wild herbs and thyme, with a unique taste that comes from the vegetation that grows on the mountains. Low humidity and the warm, dry climate of the area help give it its special flavour, texture, and aroma. Use this honey to sweeten teas or other drinks, on pancakes, bread, or with cheese.
