The AP61-3 K-band microwave sensor belongs to the AP6 series suitable for CW, FSK or FMCW operation. It consists of a HEMT oscillator, single balanced mixers and bi-static microstr ip patch antenna arrays. Integrated with a low noise amplifier (LNA), the AP61-3 transceiver is cost effective for mid-range speed detection and ranging applications.
