Original poster made by Emil Cardinaux 🇨🇭 (1877-1936), one of the most important founders of the poster in Switzerland.In 1908, he was commissioned by the Swiss government to creat e a poster to promote the Matterhorn and the ski area of Zermatt. This was a turning point in the young illustrator's career.
