Use: Inhalation, diffuser, or whole body massage Direct inhalation: Put a few drops on a tissue and inhale the scent. Dropping a few drops on a wet washcloth in the shower or bath also works well. Diffuser and nebulizer: 3-10 drops into water for a diffusor with a heat or air source. Use about 3ml for a nebulizer operated by an air pump. Massage: Use 15-30 drops per 1 oz (30ml) carrier oil or lotion and massage into desired area. Grapeseed, Jojoba, Sweet Almond oils are best for this purpose.
