Vasco Croft is one of the pioneering biodynamic vintners in Portugal, and Aphros is his personal project. From Vinho Verde's Lima subregion, this loureiro spent time on skins befor e pressing into inox for fermentation and two months ageing on lees before filtration and bottling. Tight and zippy with lime, lemon verbena, mandarin, melon on a slight (11%), skippy, stony palate, with a subtle granite buzz on the finish. Not your typical floral Loureiro. Show more
