Add 8 drops from Ammonia Test Solution Bottle #1 while holding the bottle vertically. Add 8 drops from Ammonia Test Solution Bottle #2 while holding the bottle vertically. Cap the test tube and shake vigorously for 5 seconds. Wait 5 minutes for the colour to develop. Compare the result to the appropriate freshwater or saltwater colour card in a well-lit area. Rinse the test tube after use and do not pour test contents back into the aquarium or pond.
