Helps replace the natural slime coat interrupted by handling, netting, shipping, or stress. Can be used when setting up an aquarium, adding water, changing water, or adding new fish. Does not affect the biological filter or aquarium pH when used as directed. Safe for freshwater and saltwater aquariums, but API does not recommend use with a protein skimmer.
