This is an elegant, ethereal wine with fresh flavours of wild strawberry and rhubarb. The wine embodies its unique growing environment with its incredibly mineral core. The palate is focussed with a long finish. This wine is made from vines planted into deep granite soils back in the 1940s, lending this deep concentration. These vines would have been ripped up if David hadn't stepped in and saved them. Show more
