Apivar is one of the simplest mite treatments to apply. The strips are placed in the brood nest and left in place for 42 days. This extended treatment period ensures the effective control of varroa mites, reaching multiple generations of emerging brood with just a single application. Important: Once opened, Apivar strips should be used immediately. Remove honey supers intended for human consumption prior to treating!
