Apophyllite, also known as "Fish-Eye Stone," is best known for its pearly, translucent luster and its ability to enhance spiritual connection and clarity. Apophyllite forms in volcanic regions as hydrothermal fluids rich in silica seep into cavities within basalt rocks, where it crystallizes over time. Apophyllite's creation involves the cooling and evaporation of mineral-rich water, which leaves behind its distinctive crystalline formations. Apophyllite's structure is characterized by its tetragonal crystal system, often forming pyramid-like shapes or thin plates. Apophyllite is commonly found in India, Brazil, and certain regions of Iceland and the United States.Color: Clear CrystalsZodiac: Libra, GeminiChakra: Crown, Third Eye* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * You will receive the piece shown unless otherwise noted as an intuitive pick. * We try our best to show any significant imperfections but these are natural materials from Mother Earth (unless otherwise noted as man-made) * Fissures, cracks & imperfections are naturally occurring in nature. * ALL pieces are sold for their beauty, quality, and (sometimes) rarity.
