At the heart of this ensemble are the TOPPING E70 DAC and the TOPPING L70 Amp or PA7 Plus Power Amplifier—a dynamic duo that's essentially the Ensemble’s very own Iron Man and Captain America. The TOPPING E70 VELVET Desktop DAC uses the flagship AK4499EX DAC chip for high-fidelity audio, supporting Bluetooth 5.1 with LDAC and various high-res codecs. It offers versatile connectivity with USB, coaxial, and optical inputs, as well as XLR and RCA outputs for different audio setups. Additional features include a preamp mode, 12V trigger interface, and remote control for convenient operation. The TOPPING L70 Headphone Amp features an NFCA module with ultra-low THD+N and a dynamic range of 146dB, providing excellent audio performance for both balanced and single-ended headphones. It offers versatile connectivity with 4-pin XLR, 4.4mm balanced, 6.35mm, and 3.5mm single-ended outputs, and includes a pre-amp mode for driving speakers. The amp also features two gain settings, volume memorization for eight outputs, and a ground loop noise terminator for a clean audio experience. The TOPPING PA7 and PA7 Plus Power Amplifiers offer impressive power in a compact design, with the PA7 delivering 210W x 2 and the PA7 Plus 300W x 2 at 4Ω. Both models feature a fully balanced Class D amplifier circuit for low distortion and high clarity, with versatile input options including XLR, TRS, and RCA.
