These amber bottles are great for filling with homemade scents and beauty products, but they’re also perfect for creating home décor projects. Shoppe Manager Vanessa Spencer uses t he Apothecary Labels (1EC-APOTHLABELS) from e-crafting.com to embellish the 4 oz Amber Bottles. Size the ephemera labels to approximately 1-1/2 x 2-1/2," and print them onto white printer paper. Cut out the images, and use Collage Pauge to glue them onto the front of the bottles. Add a thin layer of Collage Pauge over the top of the label to seal it. Once the labels have dried, use a sanding block to distress the labels and give them a vintage appearance. Fill each bottle with your favorite small flowers - baby’s breath always looks lovely. Stain a mini wood crate and allow it to dry completely. Once it has dried, fill the bottom of the crate with excelsior of a small wood block and add the bottles to the crate. Use the display as décor in a bathroom, a powder room, or anywhere inspiring.
