Our Apple Mint is harvested at peak bloom to maximize essential oil content and dehydrated at low temperatures to preserve flavor and vibrancy. It’s grown in a permaculture way and never sprayed with any chemicals or pesticides. The scientific name is Mentha suaveolens. And just so you’re 100% sure! There is NO apple in this tea, it’s just mint leaves and is called Apple Mint because of its Apple-like/fruity flavor when brewed.
