Our Apple Pie Bonbon has a White shell and three unique internal layers. The first layer is a fresh Okanagan Apple Pate de Fruit. The second layer is a crab apple ganache made with Okanagan apples and Elephant Island Crab Apple Wine. The final layer is a gluten free oat crumble sealed in a caramelized white chocolate.
