The right yarn makes a big difference in how successful and enjoyable your project will be. Our instructors select approved yarns that work especially well for the pattern and techniques being taught. If you’d like to use a different yarn, we’re happy to take a quick look to be sure it will work well for the class—our goal is simply to help you have the best experience possible. As a bonus, when you sign up for a class you’ll receive a 10% off coupon to use toward your class supplies. What to expect in a class at Apple Yarns. We want both students and teachers to enjoy a positive and fun experience. Our classes are small, just six students, and everyone gets personalized attention. In-shop class policies • Supplies are separate from class fees unless noted. Students receive a 10% discount card with their registration for in-store purchases. It expires at the end of the last class. • Please do not reference other online resources during class unless guided by the instructor. • Minimum age for class is 14. • If you need to cancel your class registration, we are happy to offer a shop credit refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot offer shop credit refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance. Cancel by emailing [email protected] to ensure it is properly time-stamped. • If students miss one session of a multi-session class, they can schedule a private lesson with their instructor for an additional fee. • While we love when friends and family visit Apple Yarns, only paying students are allowed in the classroom for everyone’s enjoyment. • Private lessons can be rescheduled once without an additional fee when given 24 hours' notice. Cancel by emailing [email protected] to ensure it is properly time-stamped. Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance will receive shop credit for the prior payment.
