Celebrate Back-to-School, Fall, Rosh Hashana, or any time of year with this adorable hand-smocked modified bishop dress. It is made from an apple-green polka dot 100% cotton fabric . The dress buttons on the left shoulder and has coordinating bows at the closure. I use a European hem length, so the dress will be longer than most things you buy in the store here. It's easy to hem it further, and you should get a couple of years wear out of the dress. This garment is machine washable and dryable. You may iron it if you need to, but the Imperial Broadcloth is permanent press. Do not iron the smocked area. Nearly everything on my website is made-to-order.
