Four apples (approximately 1.8 lbs.) grown by South Baldwin Farms in their orchard located 20 miles south of Lawrence. Zestar apples are crisp, sweet, and tangy with hints of brown sugar. South Baldwin Farms does not follow organic practices, but they reduce pesticide usage via a variety of integrated pest management techniques. In addition, some of the pesticides they use are organic (OMRI certified), and they use drip irrigation to reduce water usage. Show more
