Tasmanian Mountain Pepper expresses bold altitudinal spice and sweetness, which is tempered by the addition of earthy, vegetal tarragon. 43% 500ml TASTING NOTES: The nose is layered and complex juniper sweetness, fresh cut citrus with a hint of earthy anise and fennel. Wisp of hinoki oil and petrichor. A burst of waxy juniper and sweet, peppery spice on the palate. A crisp bite of finger lime and lemongrass with a hint of puckering citrus pith. Light spray of salinity and pine resin. Oily and muscular mouthfeel. Lengthy and robust finish with a coating of lime oil lacquer. Soft anise and earthy pepper leaf dissolve with a dry intensity.
