Scoping conversation, free A call where you tell us what you need and we tell you honestly whether custom development is the right answer, or whether an existing tool would do the job for less. No commitment. 2. One fixed-price quote for the whole project Once you decide to move forward, we give you a single price covering everything from here: turning your idea into a detailed specification, design, build, and launch. You are not billed separately at each step, one quote, one number, agreed before any billable work starts. From there, the work itself still moves through clear stages, so you always know where things stand: Specification. Your idea turned into a build-ready document: user flows, screens, features, and technical architecture. Design. Wireframes first, then full UI design of every screen, with revision rounds included. You approve exactly what will be built. Build. Development in milestones, each ending with a working demo you can click through, not a status report. Launch and handover. Testing, deployment, app store submission where relevant, source code, documentation, a walkthrough for your team, and a 60-day warranty covering any bugs found after launch. How we keep scope from creeping Every project is priced against the specification we write at the start. When a new idea comes up mid-build, and it always does, we document it, quote it, and you decide: add it now, park it for a later version, or drop it. Nothing gets silently absorbed and nothing appears on an invoice unannounced. What you own Everything. The source code, the designs, the app store listings, and the accounts, all in your name, transferred in full on final payment. If we ever part ways, your application and everything needed to maintain it go with you. What is not included Ongoing maintenance and new features after the warranty period. Available as a separate support arrangement we can quote alongside the build. Third-party running costs: hosting, app store developer fees, and any paid services your app depends on. You contract these directly and own the accounts; we tell you the costs during discovery. Content: the texts, images, and product data that go inside the app, unless agreed otherwise in the specification. Marketing the app. Getting users is a different job, covered by our other services.
