In our signature cook school class, we'll teach you everything you need to know about how to use a knife safely and effectively – a skill that will transform the way you prepare food. Through practice, practice, and more practice, we'll teach you how to correctly and safely handle knives; make classic French cuts (julienne, brunoise, chiffonade); and more. All this hard work results in a meal of roast poussin with citrus pan sauce; herb and fennel salad; and crispy roast potato 'gratin'. Think this class would make a perfect gift? Please bring valid ID with you as we operate a 'Challenge 25' policy, where we reserve the right to check ID for any students under or around the age of 25. Any student who arrives to class intoxicated, or appears to be so during class, will be asked to leave and not qualify for a refund. Cancellation Policy: You must contact us 7 working days before your class to be eligible for a full refund. You can transfer your seat to a different class up to 3 days before your class date.
