This 50 minutes Reformer Pilates session is a semi-private 1:2 class designed for mixed abilities. Each session is shared by 2 clients. If you are booking with a friend, one person can reserve both spots by purchasing 2 slots. The session focuses on building full body strength, enhancing core stability, improving posture and alignment while deepening your mind–body connection in a calm, supportive environment. Set in a private boutique studio, each session is tailored to you, with guidance to help you move with confidence, and feel completely comfortable on the reformer. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more connected, and empowered—both physically and mentally. Not suitable for pregnancy. ALL CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
