Customers can schedule appointments on Thursdays and Fridays to personally select the fish they wish to purchase. Because appointments are limited to 30 minutes, we recommend havin g a good idea of the fish you'd like to view before your visit. To give as many customers as possible the opportunity to visit on their preferred day, only one 30-minute appointment may be booked per customer, per day. Please do not reserve multiple appointments on the same day, as this prevents other customers from scheduling a visit. Bring a Friend! You're welcome to bring guests with you to your appointment. Each appointment may include up to four people total (including the person who booked the appointment). This allows you to enjoy the experience with family or friends while helping us maintain a comfortable environment for everyone. If your group will be larger than four people, please contact us in advance at [email protected] to make arrangements. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your purchase. If you do not make a purchase during your visit, the deposit will cover the cost of your 30-minute appointment. For in-person purchases, cash is our preferred payment method. Customers who pay with cash will receive 10% off their purchase. A minimum purchase of $50 is required for appointment visits, and your $30 appointment deposit will be credited toward that purchase.
