Thank you for choosing Seriously Skin for all of your skincare needs! To reserve certain appointments, a reservation fee is required at the time of booking. Please note that we have a 48-hour cancellation policy, and failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of your reservation fee.For Tuesday appointments, cancellations must be made no later than 1:00 PM on the preceding Friday in order to meet the 48-hour requirement, as our office is closed over the weekend. To leave a reservation fee, please be sure to select the correct appointment type from the dropdown menu. Choosing the incorrect appointment or reservation fee amount does not count as a valid reservation for your appointment and may result in your spot not being held. To confirm that you understand and agree to this policy, please type "Yes" in the Cancellation Policy Agreement box. By doing so, you acknowledge that if 2 business days notice is not given, your reservation fee will be retained as compensation for the missed appointment time.
