Reservation Deposit: To reserve your private shopping session, a S$1 refundable deposit is required. Your deposit will be refunded on the spot when you arrive for your appointment. 📍 Finding Our Workshop Our workshop is located within a private building. When you arrive, simply head to the reception area at your scheduled time, and we'll personally meet you there and accompany you to the workshop. If you have any trouble finding us on the day of your visit, please don't hesitate to contact us—we'll be happy to help. Before Your Visit Please arrive on time to make the most of your session. If you're unable to attend, kindly let us know as early as possible so another customer may enjoy the slot. As each session is reserved exclusively for one customer, we kindly ask that only the booked guest attends unless arranged with us in advance. Customisation requests will be accommodated during your appointment where possible. More complex requests may require additional time after your visit.
