Unlike the sulphur-treated bright orange apricots commonly found in supermarkets, our natural dried apricots are unsulphured, giving them their characteristic dark amber colour and a more intense, concentrated apricot flavour.Natural unsulphured apricots are significantly richer in iron, potassium, and beta-carotene than their treated counterparts. They are an excellent source of dietary fibre supporting digestive health, and their natural sugars provide sustained energy without blood sugar spikes.
