The APS Cap Dome is a robust and flexible protective cap for our polishing adapters in connection with a collet head. APS Cap Dome consists of a soft, transparent and flexible PVC plastic with a material thickness of 1mm which presses directly over the collets cap. This PVC cap has a hole in the center, and when pressed on remains on the collet cap permanently without any loss of function. The knurled portion of the collet fixes the PVC cap in place and prevents abrasions on paint while working extremely close to door handles and any other scenario.
