Velvet Fabric The Aputure Barndoors are made of four leaves, each with an internal black velvet fabric to maximize light absorption, allowing for virtually no light leak. Though maximum light control will be achieved with the included black reflector dish, the 4 leaves can be mounted onto the standard Aputure Silver Reflector Dish or the Aputure Fresnel as well. Gel Holder The Aputure Barndoors also include a magnetic gel holder that allows filmmakers to easily add colour to their lights. Honeycomb The included 30 degrees honeycomb grid allows filmmakers to further maximize control as needed. Black Reflector Dish The Barndoors use a snap-in mounting structure, which makes installation and disassembly quick and convenient. In addition to special adapter rings, they can also be fit on the front of a standard 7 inch reflector, Fresnel and other compatible accessories.
