Santa Maria aquamarine is the most coveted of all the aquamarine hues - it has an unrivalled intensity of color. These tumbled beads look like they belong in the waters of the Cari bbean, clear and incredibly blue. A single brushed gold Mesopotamian style hollow bead is a perfect foil, sand and sea. An intricate Roman style filigree decorated clasp, set on each side with Paraiba tourmaline and pink spinel, completes the necklace. Length 19 inches.
