AQUA Ring | Ceiling mount digital PIR The AQUA Ring is an EN-50131 Grade 2 certified digital passive infrared (PIR) detector, uniquely designed for ceiling mounting in challenging or spacious environments. Its oval enclosure and 360° lens provide wide-area protection. Featuring a quad-element PIR sensor and digital motion detection, it ensures high sensitivity and interference immunity through two-track signal analysis and temperature compensation. Three-step sensitivity control allows customisation. Beyond intrusion detection, it can facilitate building automation functions like lighting or door control when the alarm is disarmed. The detector also includes a tamper switch for security.
