These copper cuffs are earthy and fun. I etched the spirals into the copper then formed the anticlastic shape with a special stake and hammers. Anticlastic means that the shape is formed in two directions at once: curving down and flaring out. I added a turquoise blue glaze and tumbled the cuff for sturdiness. This cuff fits most wrists and can be adjusted slightly. The curved cuff is 1 inch wide (at the widest point) and about 5 1/2" in length, around the wrist. You want a space between the two ends on the inside of the wrist. If you have wrist larger than 8" or smaller than 6", let me know and I can create the correct size for you. Each cuff is unique because the etching and hammering are done by hand. You put the cuff on by sliding it onto the side of your wrist near the wrist bone. If you have an allergic skin reaction to copper, this cuff isn't right for you. I have worn copper cuffs many times without problems. If you are super sweaty, you might get a little copper transfer but it is not harmful, unless you are allergic, of course. This cuff doesn't fit a collection, so I'm making a place for it here.
